General News - Status Update - October, 2019 Edition

The following is a news item from Captain Gary Alexander.

Normally, I send these out on the first of the month (give or take a few days) to give an overview of everything that happened in the month before and of what our goals are for the upcoming month.

Crew

We neither gained nor lost any players this month.

Website

Our wonderful XO has created a Wiki for us while I just try to become competent at Nova! I'm sure there is always more to come on these things. If you have any thoughts or want to assist, let us know!

Sim

In September, we only had 4 posts, compared to 8 last month but we have several mass posts in progress, so I am not yet concerned. I am certain once we know where we are and have a Chiefs meeting, there will be lots of discussion in front of the Captain and behind the Captain's back.

Mission Recap

Horizon has just been gripped by an anomaly and is about to get lost in the Pinwheel Galaxy.

Objectives

Determine where we are and make decisions as to how to proceed.

Player of the Month

This month our player of the month is Kris who writes for Ciara Perlit! She has been extremely active and we're glad to have her!

Ideas

If anyone has any ideas for character development or even some subplots, share them with us. I know that my door is always open. Any questions, comments, or issues, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
